Art of the Equity Deal for Middle Market Companies

As capital markets stabilize, equity investors are returning to the table and new sources of funding are opening up for startup and middle-market companies. Still, these companies face a challenging financing environment where investors are uncertain about the sustainability of the economic recovery. This program will provide you with a practical guide to the current state of equity funding for startup and middle-market companies, current sources of funding, trends in deal terms, and tips on how to make your clients look their best before potential investors.
